Live Events Presenter & Awards Ceremony Host

I can’t touch my toes. I’m terrible at maths. But public speaking has never been a problem. As much as I love to sit typing comedy scripts, as much as I love the buzz of a TV studio, my natural environment, is standing on a stage, compering in front of an audience.

Hosting conferences, exhibition stages and award-ceremonies has taken me all around the world. As an awards-ceremony host, I bring all my writing and comedy skills to the party.

My recent awards ceremonies include Fespa Hamburg 2017 (Amsterdam 2016, Cologne 2015, Munich 2014), Footwear 2017 (National Motorbike Museum), Housewares 2017 (National Motorbike Museum), PharmaTimes Marketer 2016 (Lancaster Hotel), Ricoh 2016 (Celtic Manor), Stadium Experience 2016 (Ricoh Arena), DIY Weekly Magazine (Ricoh Arena), ‘Vendies’ 2016 -Vending-Machine Industry (Chelsea Harbour Hotel), Medway Culture, Design and Tourism 2015 (Mid-Kent College), Medway Sports 2014 (Rochester Corn Exchange), Baby and Toddler Magazine 2014 (Royal Garden Hotel).

I am the regular stage compere at A Place in the Sun-Live. This popular consumer-show was launched in 2005 and by the end of 2017, there will have been 30 shows in total in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. I’ve been there for all 30… putting the questions to the celebrities and keeping the crowds entertained!

I also compere the ‘Discovery Theatre’ at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show (February 2016, 2017) and the Motorhome and Caravan Show (October 2016, 2017) at Birmingham’s NEC.

On TV I have presented various golf events for Sky Sports including 'The Disabled British Open' and 'Seve Day' as well as a variety light-hearted sports features.
